WHERE DO YOU DELIVER? We deliver to all emirates across the UAE — Dubai, Sharjah, Abu Dhabi, Ajman, Ras Al Khaimah, Fujairah, and Umm Al Quwain.

HOW LONG DOES DELIVERY TAKE? Standard delivery takes 3–7 business days. Express delivery (where available) takes 1–3 business days.

DO YOU OFFER CASH ON DELIVERY? Yes! We offer Cash on Delivery (COD) across the UAE. A small COD fee of AED 10 applies.

WHAT PAYMENT METHODS DO YOU ACCEPT? We accept Visa, Mastercard, Apple Pay, and Cash on Delivery. We also support Tabby — buy now and pay later in 4 easy instalments.

HOW DO I TRACK MY ORDER? Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email or WhatsApp.

CAN I RETURN A PRODUCT? Yes, we accept returns within 7 days of delivery. The item must be unused and in its original packaging. Contact us at support@alphagadgets.store to start a return.

WHAT IF I RECEIVED A DAMAGED ITEM? Please contact us within 48 hours with a photo and we will send a replacement or issue a full refund.

ARE YOUR PRODUCTS ORIGINAL? Yes, all products are genuine and sourced from trusted suppliers.

DO YOU SHIP OUTSIDE THE UAE? Currently we only ship within the UAE. We hope to expand soon!
