REFUND & RETURN POLICY

We want you to love every product you buy from AlphaGadgets. If something is not right, we are here to help.

RETURN ELIGIBILITY You may return most items within 7 days of delivery, provided that:

  • The item is unused and in its original condition
  • The original packaging is intact
  • You have proof of purchase (order number or receipt)

NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS The following items cannot be returned:

  • Items damaged due to misuse or improper handling
  • Products with broken seals (for hygiene or software reasons)
  • Items marked as final sale

HOW TO REQUEST A RETURN

  1. Email us at support@alphagadgets.store with your order number and reason for return
  2. We will respond within 1–2 business days with return instructions
  3. Once we receive and inspect the item, we will process your refund

REFUNDS Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method. COD orders will be refunded via bank transfer.

DAMAGED OR WRONG ITEMS If you received a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with a photo. We will send a replacement or issue a full refund at no extra cost.
